وَمَا وَجَدْنَا لِاَكْثَرِهِمْ مِّنْ عَهْدٍ ۚ وَاِنْ وَّجَدْنَآ اَكْثَرَهُمْ لَفٰسِقِيْنَ And He is Who sends the winds bearing good tidings heralding His mercy, till when they carry heavy clouds. We drive it to a dead land and then send down water from it there by bring forth fruits of all kinds. This is how We bring forth the dead.
