لِيَقْطَعَ طَرَفًا مِّنَ الَّذِيْنَ كَفَرُوْٓا اَوْ يَكْبِتَھُمْ فَيَنْقَلِبُوْا خَاۗىِٕــبِيْنَ That he may cut off a part of those who are kafirs or debase them so that they run away hopeless. اس لئے کہ کافروں کا ایک حصہ کاٹ دے یا انہیں ذلیل کرے کہ نامراد پھر جائیں
