قُلْ اَنْفِقُوْا طَوْعًا اَوْ كَرْهًا لَّنْ يُّتَقَبَّلَ مِنْكُمْ ۭاِنَّكُمْ كُنْتُمْ قَوْمًا فٰسِقِيْنَ How when if they have upperhand on you then they have no regard for kinship or pact with you. They satisfy you with their mouths but at heart they refuse, and most of them are evildoers. تم فرماؤ کہ دل سے خرچ کرو يا ناگواري سے تم سے ہرگز قبول نہ ہو گا بيشک تم بے حکم لوگ ہو
